How do I track my order?

Please use the tracking number that we provide you in your shipment e-mail confirmation.

What are your delivery options?

At this time we use USPS Priority Mail Service and in other cases we may use UPS. 

 

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds and will only offer a replacement if there is an issue regarding an incorrect or defective item received in shipment. Should you have any concerns please feel free to contact us within 3 Business Days of the confirmed delivery date via e-mail at shopsparklebox@aol.com and we will work diligently to resolve your issue.

Note: Sale Items, Jewelry, & Accessories are Final Sale and No Refunds will be provided. 

For Clothing Only, Exchanges are dependant until inventory available at the time of contact /Store Credit will be issued in the event the item is out of stock. Buyer Responsible for Exchange Shipping.

For Exchange Instructions Please email us at shopsparklebox@aol.com promptly within 3 days of the exact Confirmed Delivery Date on USPS website. In the event, an Exchange is permitted you are Required to email us your USPS tracking # to confirm you have shipped the exchange item back. This Must be done within 3 days. After 3 days the item is deemed final sale in which No Exchange/No Store Credit will be provided. 

Please confirm you have the correct name & shipping address on file BEFORE completing your order. We are unable to modify/alter names or address on any order.

We are unable to offer Refunds on Packages that are Confirmed and show a  "Delivered" status on the usps website. We advise you to contact the USPS to open an investigation as to the whereabouts of your package.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. Please make the necessary arrangements with your address delivery locations before ordering.  

Do you offer Local Pick Up;

Yes. We offer Local Pick Up. When placing your order there is an option to select local pick in which you will be provided instructions and notified once the order is ready.

 

Please Note. Carefully select your Delivery choice Before finalizing payment as we are not able to make changes to the delivery method once the order has been completed

Do you provide International delivery?

No. We do not ship outside of the United States.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Due to COVID-19 expect extended delays in shipping outside of our normal delivery process mentioned below..
Processed and ships within 3-7 business days from original order date (once in queue. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays) Please plan accordingly and order well in advance before your expected date of need given the time needed to ship your order which is 3-7 Business Days.
